The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning and purchasing finished goods and components, ensuring on-time supply and optimal stock levels while working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree-level education (Supply Chain qualification such as CILT preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in Procurement, Inventory Planning, or Purchasing.
• Experience with MRP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of international supply chains and freight forwarding.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 500+ SKUs from launch through to discontinuation.
• Raise and track purchase orders with global suppliers.
• Use MRP and Excel daily to monitor stock and demand.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Sales, Marketing, NPD, and Demand Planning.
• Support product lifecycle activities including phase-ins, phase-outs, and artwork changes.
• Resolve supply issues proactively and escalate when required.
