Job Description

Liaise with 3PL on inbound/outbound shipments & logistics issues
Process sales orders, billings, invoices & credit notes (APAC region)
Perform monthly inventory & consignment stock reconciliation
Update inventory transactions in ERP system
Maintain shipping records & ensure export documentation compliance
Generate inventory & sales reports for management/customers
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related
Min. 1–3 years supply chain / logistics / inventory experience
Familiar with export documentation & LC
Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), Word & Power Point
ERP system exposure
Good analytical skills & team player
