This internship offers meaningful, hands‑on experience within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support co‑pack operations, supplier performance and project coordination, contributing to the smooth execution of in‑store displays and product initiatives.

You will be treated as an integral member of the Supply Chain team, gaining exposure to operational planning, cost management and cross‑functional collaboration. Alongside day‑to‑day responsibilities, you will develop insight into how supply chain excellence underpins commercial success within a global organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support a range of operational and analytical activities, including:

  • Assisting with the coordination and documentation of co‑pack projects, including display unit preparation and product development processes.
  • Supporting cost analysis, supplier quotations and financial data tracking related to packaging and labour.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and KPIs, contributing to reporting and service optimisation.
  • Extracting, analysing and presenting data from internal systems to support decision‑making and weekly or monthly reporting.

This role offers practical exposure to supply chain operations, supplier management, commercial collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making within a dynamic FMCG environment.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytical in their thinking, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast‑paced team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree‑level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong numerical and analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with confidence using Microsoft Excel
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • An interest in operations, logistics and the consumer goods sector

The selection process consists of three stages:

The internship will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on‑site presence is a key requirement of the programme.

This may include, for example, an unrestricted right to work or a visa that permits full‑time employment for the entire programme.
