We are working with a leading building and construction company delivering high-quality commercial and residential refurbishment projects across central London.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a supply chain coordinator to oversee supplier management across multiple construction projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials, plant, equipment, and services required to support project delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement activities for construction materials, plant, equipment, and subcontracted services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service levels to achieve best value.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify supply chain risks, including shortages, delays, and cost fluctuations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, finance, and commercial departments.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement performance and cost savings

You will have:

  • Experience as a Supply chain coordinator, Procurement manager, or similar role within building and construction
  • Good knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and supplier management.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost management capabilities.
  • Experience of managing multiple suppliers and project requirements simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
