- Have strong experience with international sourcing and supplier management
- Have a solid understanding of global logistics, freight and customs requirements
- Are confident managing manufacturers, co‑packers and logistics partners
- Have a deep understanding of production planning, inventory and logistics

- Are commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
- Can spot risks early and proactively solve problems
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, scaling environment

We’re a female‑founded, predominantly female team, proudly independent since 2013. We started with luxury, high‑quality supplements long before the market exploded. We’re best known for our exceptional omega‑3, alongside collagen, magnesium and vitamin D—all rooted in women’s health. Our products are stocked in Selfridges, Whole Foods, H.E.A.L.F. and Planet Organic, but our D2C channel is at the heart of what we do.
We love the relationship we have with our customers, and that drives everything we do. We’re not planning to sell; we’re building something meaningful, long‑term, and ambitious.
- Discretionary bonus
- 2 days WFH + 3 London office days (monthly Brighton team day)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off + Christmas closure
- 3% pension contribution
- Free products for personal use
- A genuinely supportive, ambitious, high‑performing team
- Clear development opportunities — your success is our success
If you’re excited by ownership, growth, and building something ambitious in women’s health — we’d love to hear from you.
