Therapy Supply Chain Manager - 18 Months Secondment / FTC Closing Date: 29th June 2026 (COB)

Position Summary
You will lead and manage therapy supply chain activities that ensure patients receive safe and timely access to medicines. You will work across planning, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to solve supply challenges and improve processes. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Own end-to-end supply planning and execution for assigned therapy supply, balancing demand, inventory and risk.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, logistics and commercial teams to resolve supply interruptions and expedite critical orders.
- Lead root cause analysis for supply issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor key supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support inventory optimisation and capacity planning to meet regulatory and patient needs.
- Communicate supply status and risks clearly to stakeholders, enabling timely decision making.

This role is hybrid, based in the United Kingdom at our GSK HQ site with regular office and site collaboration required.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business or related field.
- Strong supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare.
- Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or demand-supply balancing.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and using planning tools or ERP systems.
- Clear communicator in English with the ability to present supply options and risks.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master’s degree or professional qualification in supply chain or related discipline.
- Experience with cold chain, controlled drugs, or regulated product supply.
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience leading continuous improvement or Lean/Sigma initiatives.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and advanced planning tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with Ai and digital transformation initiatives
