Position: Supply Planner (12-Month FTC)

About You
  • Degree educated, ideally in a scientific, engineering, mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Professional supply chain qualification (e.g., APICS, CIPS, CPIM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in Supply Planning and Inventory Management roles.
  • End‑to‑end supply chain planning experience highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain and market dynamics.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement and supply chain planning processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Role

Responsible for managing the supply plan and end‑to‑end inventory levels across the Theramex product portfolio, ensuring optimal stock levels within direct market warehouses and the timely delivery of distributor market orders. The role involves running monthly Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), placing purchase orders, and managing order fulfillment with third‑party manufacturers. Acting as the primary operational interface with external manufacturing partners, the position requires balancing supply requirements with vendor capacity constraints and negotiating practical solutions to support business needs.

Working closely with cross‑functional colleagues, the role ensures key deliverables are achieved while maintaining clear, timely, and accurate communication with market stakeholders regarding supply plans and potential risks. Additionally, the position plays a lead role in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) process, providing both detailed operational insights and executive‑level summaries of short‑and long‑term supply plans to support informed business decision‑making.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan finished product replenishment using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Run capacity planning and optimize orders against supplier constraints and MOQs.
  • Coordinate artwork requirements to ensure alignment with supply plans.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, maintaining accurate delivery dates.
  • Ensure cost‑effective, on‑time, in‑full order delivery.
  • Plan and procure raw materials, APIs, and semi‑finished products.
  • Manage inventory and forward cover, escalating supply risks as required.
  • Maintain planning master data, including lead times, BOMs, MOQs, and delivery dates.
  • Identify and drive planning process improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy of supply planning data, reports, and KPIs.
  • Build strong supplier and CMO relationships, leading regular review meetings.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance and mitigate supply risks and delays.
  • Balance demand requirements with supplier capacity and develop contingency plans.
  • Partner with Demand Planning to manage supply constraints and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with Logistics to arrange transport and expedite critical shipments.
