Job Duties
  • The post holder supports the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain in daily operational management activities.
  • They ensure smooth procurement operations while proactively resolving issues across hospital departments.
  • They engage stakeholders across NHS trusts and integrated care systems to improve procurement coordination.
  • They design and implement procurement processes including contracts, savings plans, and standardisation frameworks.
  • They support supplier management, contract monitoring, and cost optimisation initiatives across supply chains.

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must hold relevant business qualifications and procurement certifications such as CIPS Level four.
