Job Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global consumer products business with an impressive portfolio of owned and licensed brands, supplying customers in over 100 countries worldwide. As part of an ambitious international growth strategy, this organisation is expanding its operations outside of the Americas and is looking for an experienced professional to join its collaborative planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast‑paced, global environment, liaising with teams across Europe, Asia and the US.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the end‑to‑end FOB direct sales process for international markets across EMEA and APAC.
  • Manage customer orders from placement through to delivery, monitoring production and order status.
  • Resolve discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the key link between customers and internal teams including supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics and credit control.
  • Ensure clear communication, maintain accurate product and order data, and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Support the smooth running of global supply chain operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience within supply chain, customer service or account management, ideally in an international consumer goods environment.
  • Experience working with global teams, particularly across Asia and the US.
  • Confidence working independently, highly organized, and possess exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as Sage X3 would be beneficial.

  • Salary of £40,000–£42,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus.
