Location: London (3 days p/w in office). Fulltime, permanent role.

You'll be business partnering globally across Workplace Services, Property, FM and wider indirects remit in an evolving organisation. You’ll operate as a strategic business partner, helping shape commercial thinking across a evolving organisation.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across multiple indirect spend categories
- Drive supplier rationalisation, cost optimisation, and procurement transformation initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies and procurement decisions
- Lead commercial negotiations and support complex contract discussions
- Ensure robust supplier governance, risk management, and compliance processes
- Champion sustainable and responsible procurement practices
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, systems, and ways of working
- Help design and embed a centralised global procurement model during a significant integration programme
You’re commercially sharp, ambitious and ready for your next step.
- Recent experience in broad indirect procurement (such as Workplace Services, Professional Services, Hard or Soft FM, Property, within a large or complex organisation
- A strong track record delivering sourcing, procurement comfortable managing a varied portfolio spanning multiple indirect spend categories and levels of complexity
- Excellent stakeholder management and building and sustaining relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Ensure robust supplier governance, risk management, and compliance processes
- Have good understanding of contract management principles and are process-driven, with a focus on implementing repeatable and consistent approaches.
