Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for supporting supplier engagement and ensuring accurate inbound planning across the business.
  • You will lead a team focused on purchase order management and supplier coordination, while also acting as a key contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • You will help drive the adoption of systems, improve processes and ensure delivery performance is aligned with business needs.
  • You will manage the performance of our freight forwarding partner and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visibility, efficiency and collaboration across the supply chain.
  • You will lead and develop a team responsible for maintaining accurate purchase order delivery dates and inbound data.
  • You will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the supplier portal, supporting supplier onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for suppliers, resolving issues and driving a seamless experience.
  • You will monitor and manage freight forwarding performance against KPIs, using data and insights to drive improvements.
  • You will collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Supply Planning teams to ensure accurate forecasts and delivery visibility.
  • You will support internal teams with the adoption of systems such as EDI and supplier platforms.
  • You will deputise for the Supply Chain Planning Manager when required and contribute to regular operational meetings.

  • You are confident leading a team and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement.
  • You have a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
  • You are detail‑oriented and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • You have experience within supply chain, logistics or planning roles.
  • You are confident managing and developing a team.
  • You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external suppliers.
  • You are highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • You are data‑driven, with experience using systems and reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • You are adaptable and able to respond to changing business needs.
