• Previous experience in an Operations Lead or similar management role, ideally in the logistics sector
• Proven experience leading and motivating teams
• Strong organisational and shift planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance
• Confident using Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools
• Reliable, proactive, and results‑driven
• Flexible to work weekends and travel between offices in South and North London

• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Lead and motivate the team to meet performance targets and KPIs
• Coordinate shift planning and resource allocation across London locations
• Resolve operational challenges and make data‑driven decisions to improve processes
