Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders in Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS).
  • Manage all aspects of purchasing, from PR issuance through material receipt and payment support.
  • Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring and updating open order reports and risk identification and mitigation plans.
  • Develop efficient mechanisms for communicating forecasts to all suppliers for sustaining and new products.
  • Serve as supply chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT equipment categories, managing those categories from procurement, readiness, and risk perspectives.
  • Work on the product lifecycle and develop supplier product roadmaps in collaboration with the product management team to ensure data hygiene across systems.
  • Engage with suppliers to support daily operational requirements related to inventory readiness, changes in components and technology, and reporting.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and cross-departmental teams to support site launches and operational challenges.
  • Conduct audits and corrective actions with ordering, receiving, invoicing and accounts payable to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Develop robust KPI reporting on invoicing, on-time-in-full delivery and unreserved orders to drive improved processes and vendor performance.
  • Perform spend analysis, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings, and present business cases and recommendations to internal partners.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning to create purchasing plans and advise on strategies and inventory decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvements in supply chain; perform root-cause analysis for significant failures (e.g., stock-keeping, backlog, overstock, vendor delays) promptly.
  • Maintain data quality through data cleansing and validation; collaborate with AI initiatives to automate repetitive tasks for longer-term productivity gains.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
  • Experience as procurement/purchasing analyst or in another procurement operation role
  • Experience in supply chain
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
