Temporary Order Management Coordinator | Beauty Brand

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes at a fast-growing, beauty-forward brand that’s all about innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.
What You’ll Do- Process and manage B2B and D2C orders
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
- Monitor stock levels and ensure on-time deliveries
- Liaise with internal teams and handle customer order queries
- Keep our order management system (Net Suite, SAP, or similar) up to date
- Beauty, fashion, or FMCG experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills
- Available immediately or on short notice
- SAP experience is a bonus!
