Procurement Manager - Marketing

Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

Talent Drive are partnering exclusively with a leading UK retail organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager – Marketing
, supporting a diverse portfolio of marketing spend and working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives.

This role offers genuine exposure to senior stakeholders, high-profile procurement projects and the chance to make a visible commercial impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end to end procurement activity across Marketing and related indirect spend categories.
• Developing sourcing strategies that deliver value, innovation and strong supplier partnerships.
• Leading supplier negotiations, contract management and performance reviews.
• Building trusted relationships with key internal stakeholders to influence procurement decisions.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service delivery.
• Procurement experience at Category Manager or Procurement Manager level.
• Ideally experience across Marketing, Media, Creative Agencies, Print, Digital Marketing or Professional Services.
• Alternatively, a strong indirect procurement background with excellent sourcing capability.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
