Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead project subcontract procurement and be an advisor for project stakeholders
• Ensure sector P&SC strategy is deployed and implemented
• Collaborate with pre-construction estimating team and post-award commercial team
• Deliver predictable best-in-class outcomes for project teams
• Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Manage under-performance with successful corrective action planning

• Member Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply qualified (min level
  5)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Desirable)
• Other accredited certifications in procurement or supply chain management (Desirable)
• Significant experience working in a similar level role
• Ability to demonstrate a level of emotional intelligence
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain management and procurement
• Excellent analytical skills relating to numerical and clarifications assessments
• Familiarity with NEC forms of contract

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of supply chain management and procurement, with a strong ability to lead project subcontract procurement and implement sector P&SC strategies. Proven track record in developing relationships with stakeholders and managing project outcomes effectively.
