How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:

• Manage and assure logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement, tracking, and lifecycle management of Communications Hubs.
• Lead reverse logistics and asset exchange activities, including returns, replacements, recovery, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain accurate asset tracking and reporting, providing near real-time visibility to support compliance and operational performance.
• Monitor and improve supplier and service provider performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance, reporting, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the supply chain.

What you need to bring:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, returns operations, or asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience managing large datasets, reporting, and data governance.
• Experience managing performance against SLAs, KPIs, and supplier contracts.
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation, invoicing validation, revenue assurance, or asset movement controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
