A leading international ship management company is seeking a Marine Procurement Coordinator to join its London-based Purchasing team.
Responsibilities includeYou’ll be responsible for sourcing materials and services for vessels, obtaining supplier quotations, raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring vessels receive critical supplies on time and within budget.
About You- 1-3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
- A qualification in Purchasing, Procurement or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing multiple priorities.
- Maritime or shipping industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
