A global leader in consumer products and retail manufacturing, supplying some of the world's most recognisable brands and products to customers across international markets, is looking to hire a demand planner for its growing planning function.

As the business continues to expand its global footprint, it is investing heavily in its planning and supply chain capabilities to support ambitious growth across Europe and international distribution channels. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where data, innovation and commercial insight play a key role in driving success.

As demand planner, you will take ownership of forecasting and demand planning across a growing portfolio of international and Iberian markets. Acting as the link between commercial teams and supply chain operations, you'll transform sales forecasts and market ambitions into accurate, data-driven demand plans. Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain and procurement teams, you'll lead forecasting processes, monitor forecast accuracy, analyse risks and opportunities, and support the development of a best-in-class sales & operations planning (S&OP) framework.

This is a highly visible position offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across the business.

We're looking for an analytical and commercially minded planning professional with at least 2-3 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning. You'll be confident working with large data sets, translating complex information into actionable insights, and building strong relationships across multiple functions. Experience using ERP or planning systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar, alongside advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, is highly desirable.

Experience with in consumer goods, retail, toys or other seasonal product sectors would be advantageous, while Spanish language skills would be a welcome bonus but are not essential.

In return, they are looking to pay up to £50,000 (depending on experience).The company offers a hybrid working policy of three days in the office, two from home if living within London, there is more flexibility for someone living outside of London. The role offers the opportunity to shape demand planning processes in a growing international business, giving you exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects.
