Aramco Europe is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, from raising POs to supplier pre-qualification and contract support. You will handle RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract administration across construction, facilities management, and cleaning services, ensuring value, compliance, and efficiency.
The role requires minimum 5 years in procurement, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and experience with JCT contracts.
