Multimodal Export Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Multimodal Export Supervisor to lead our clients export team in Sunbury. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on export experience across Air, Road, Sea and Courier freight, with excellent knowledge of customs and team leadership. Monday to Friday | Full-time | Office-based Salary from: £40,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and motivate the export team, ensuring a high standard of service and performance. Oversee day-to-day export operations from booking through to delivery. Strong experience handling Air, Road, Sea Freight and Courier shipments . Complete and oversee customs entries and CDS declarations , ensuring all shipments are compliant. Manage export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB and customs paperwork .

Use Multifreight to manage files and ensure ISO procedures are followed. Resolve issues such as delays, customs queries, port congestion and routing problems. Ensure emails, bookings, documentation and invoicing are completed accurately and on time. Work closely with agents, handling agents, shippers, consignees and internal departments. Monitor costs and look for ways to improve efficiency and profitability . Support and motivate the team during busy and challenging periods.

Experience Required Previous experience in export operations and team supervision/leadership . Strong knowledge of Air, Road, Sea and Courier freight . Confident completing customs entries and CDS submissions . Good understanding of UK export procedures and compliance .

Experience with Multifreight preferred. Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team, work under pressure and maintain high operational standards.
