12 month FTC | Reporting to Senior Operations Manager | 40 hours per week
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to help our operations function with our growing customer base. Operations are at the heart of our business along with quality produce and market beating prices. We pride ourselves on maintaining great customer relationships and doing what we say in delivering great service. You will gain first hand experience of a fast moving supply chain operation, getting products from our suppliers, via our warehouse to our customers, working with other functions to identify ways of improving what we do.
Our existing undergrads have really enjoyed and valued the experience they get - so much so that some are hoping to return after university and work with us permanently!

What you’ll be doing
Orders
- Assisting with order management, processing, tracking and queries
Inventory
- Assisting with stock management, warehouse operations and queries
Customer Success
- Being the first point of contact for Operations in delivering customer orders day to day
Logistics
- Assisting with outbound deliveries, transport management, route planning and queries
Data analysis
- Assisting with data management, cost tracking, and KPI reporting
Administration
- Assisting with supplier invoice checking and other back-office processes
What we’re looking for
Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or a related subject.
Able to work independently without direct supervision
Able to start immediately Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
Have the legal right to work without restrictions or have company sponsorship in the UK
