Parts Supervisor - Romford

Salary: £35,000 basic + £38,000 OTE

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (No weekends)

A busy, well‑established parts department in the Romford area is looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to lead the team, drive performance and maintain high standards across the department. • Overseeing daily parts department operations
• Leading and supporting Parts Advisors to hit targets
• Managing stock levels, ordering, returns and supplier relationships
• Ensuring accurate quotations, invoicing and parts identification
• Working closely with the workshop to maintain efficient parts flow
• Monitoring KPIs and maintaining department standards

• Experience as a Parts Supervisor or Senior Parts Advisor
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and stock control
• Confident leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership environment
