We are excited to be partnering with a well-established international fashion brand in the retail and e-commerce space, with a strong presence across multiple sales channels and a complex distribution network. With a reputation for delivering excellent customer experiences, the business continues to invest in its supply chain function to support growth, operational efficiency and service excellence across both B2B and B2C operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain & Distribution Coordinator to join a collaborative and fast-paced team. The role offers broad exposure across distribution, logistics, imports and inventory activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and the opportunity to develop a well-rounded supply chain career. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers and logistics partners to ensure the smooth flow of goods and resolve operational challenges as they arise.

Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate distribution activities across B2B, retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring goods are delivered efficiently and on time
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and third-party logistics providers to manage shipments, delivery performance and service issues
  • Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related queries, resolving customer, store and operational issues promptly
  • Monitor shipment tracking, inventory movements and stock-related activities to ensure accuracy and visibility across the supply chain
  • Support import and customs-related processes, including communication with suppliers and freight partners, while helping maintain compliance standards
  • Identify and elevate operational challenges, contributing ideas and initiatives to improve supply chain performance and customer service
What we are looking for:
  • 2-3 years' experience within supply chain, logistics, distribution or operations coordination, within a fast moving environment
  • Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, customs processes or HMRC requirements is essential, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers and logistics partners
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
