Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Demand Planner Sales  ·

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions.

Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

The Demand Planner will play a key role in delivering accurate, insight-driven demand forecasts across a designated channel or region. Working within the Demand Planning team, you will own the creation, analysis and publication of an 18-month rolling forecast, helping to ensure financial alignment, support business decision-making and drive an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role is critical in identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support supply chain performance and business growth.

  • Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with clear insights and recommendations

  • Translating business activity, promotional plans and market intelligence into demand forecasts

  • Challenging assumptions and highlighting potential demand impacts to key stakeholders

  • Ensuring forecast outputs support inventory, supply and financial planning requirements

  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to support management decision-making

You'll have

  • Proven experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Chain Planning

  • Experience managing complex demand forecasts across multiple products or markets

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights

  • Experience working within an S&OP or Integrated Business Planning environment

  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with planning systems and large datasets

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • The ability to influence and challenge constructively across cross-functional teams

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and a continuous improvement mindset
