We’re hiring a Site Supply Chain Manager (London) to join our team based in London, UK.

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced Site Supply Chain Manager to lead all supply chain operations for the London site, covering procurement, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and material flow. Reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain & Logistics, with dotted‑line alignment to the Senior Managers for Direct, Indirect, and WILP, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable supply chain execution while supporting Engineering, Production, and the global Commodity teams.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Execute site‑level supply chain strategy aligned with global category roadmaps and business priorities.

  • Partner with Engineering, Production, and Commodity Managers to shape demand, challenge specifications, and ensure supply readiness.

  • Support global sourcing initiatives, supplier rationalisation, and preferred‑supplier frameworks.

  • Drive cost, lead‑time, quality, and operational efficiency improvements supported by measurable KPIs.

  • Contribute to supplier performance management, including QBRs, scorecards, and risk reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance, contracting frameworks, and export‑control requirements.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end P2P process for the London site, ensuring timely and accurate execution from requisition through to PO creation, confirmations, delivery, goods‑in, and invoice resolution.

  • Maintain accurate supplier, material, and PO data within SAP S/4

    HANA (essential), ensuring alignment with MRP and production requirements.

  • Ensure robust material availability through proactive expediting, supplier follow‑up, and close coordination with Production, Engineering, and Planning.

  • Oversee inbound logistics, goods‑in processes, and coordination with SQA and Inspection to ensure compliant receipt of materials.

  • Lead warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, traceability, stock rotation, and efficient material flow across the site.

  • Resolve supplier delivery, quality, and invoice discrepancies in collaboration with SQA, Finance, and Engineering.

  • Conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, lead times, and Ts & Cs.

  • Support cost‑breakdown analysis, benchmarking, and validation of supplier quotations.

  • Drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, documentation, controls, and operational discipline.

  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance requirements across all P2P activities.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑disciplinary team across Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Inventory, ensuring strong P2P execution.

  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for P2P accuracy, on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational readiness.

  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and customer‑focused culture.

  • Act as the primary supply chain escalation point for the London site.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Buyers and Specialists, supporting their dotted‑line alignment with global Commodity Managers.

  • Represent London supply chain in cross‑functional readiness reviews, operational planning, and programme meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, robotics, technology, aero / defence, or automotive

  • Experience managing P2P processes, logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations.

  • Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary supply chain teams in a fast‑paced engineering or manufacturing setting.

  • Strong understanding of MRP, material flow, and operational readiness.

  • Degree or Masters in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • CIPS Level 4 or 5 (or equivalent) preferred.
