Location: Greater London

We are recruiting for an experienced Framework Lead to join a major London public sector organisation on an interim basis. This role will lead the delivery of a high-profile Minor Works & Renewals Framework
, taking ownership of complex end-to-end procurement activities from strategy development through to contract award.

  • Location: Stratford, London (minimum 2 days per week in the office, with occasional travel to the Southwark office)
  • Interview: One-stage MS Teams interview
The Role

You'll be responsible for leading complex procurement projects, with a particular focus on framework procurement. This will include developing procurement strategies, determining routes to market, managing tender processes, leading evaluations, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring successful contract award.

  • Experience undertaking procurement activities within a public sector environment.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement processes
    .
  • Experience using eTendering systems to issue, manage and evaluate tenders.
  • Proven experience leading complex, high-value procurements
    , particularly framework agreements
    .
  • Knowledge and practical application of the Procurement Act 2023
    .
  • Experience developing procurement strategies and selecting appropriate routes to market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract management capability.
  • Experience managing procurement evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a complex environment.
  • Rail industry procurement experience.
  • MCIPS, CIPS, Quantity Surveying or other relevant procurement/commercial qualifications.
