Supply

Analyst - Aviation Fuel (Europe)

Canary Wharf, London

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Scheduling
  • Actively manage and schedule fuel inventories to maintain optimal stock balances.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of fuel deliveries into inventory locations.
  • Liaise with Into-Plane (ITP) agents, suppliers, and service providers to support inventory requirements.
Pipeline Scheduling & Truck Dispatch
  • Schedule and monitor pipeline and truck deliveries into inventory locations.
  • Assess and develop the most effective supply mix based on current and potential supply options.
Transaction Processing & Administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry, verification, and processing of bulk transactions.
  • Manage associated payments and receivables.
Supply & Market Analysis
  • Analyse supply and demand trends across assigned inventory locations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain value and optimise supply arrangements.
  • Develop an understanding of fuel supply, logistics options, and associated pricing structures, including, p ipeline transportation, r oad haulage (truck deliveries) and s torage solutions
Haulage & Logistics Coordination
  • Create weekly CXL (internal accounts system) haulage nominations for both Self-Supply and General Aviation (GA) locations.
  • Coordinate daily with haulage providers and operational sites regarding missed deliveries or delivery issues.
  • Work closely with site operators to resolve operational challenges.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Drive continuous improvements in supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and analyse quarterly KPIs for haulage contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives to maximise profitability within the allocated region.
  • Share best practices and improvement opportunities across the wider EMEA Supply team.
Skills & Experience Essential Skills
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong interest in supply operations and the commodities industry.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
