Overview

Exciting opportunity to join a green‑field Procurement function managing approximately $140m of global third‑party spend in a fast moving and dynamic environment. The role will manage indirect sourcing and TPRM activities across Fifty5

Blue, across the spend categories of HR, Travel, Professional Services, Legal and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement global procurement strategies across the key indirect spend categories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at the most competitive prices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Deliver cost savings targets.
  • Define the risk framework for business‑critical indirect suppliers.
  • Assist with the development of the Fifty5

    Blue Procurement operating model encompassing people, processes and technology.
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Minimum 10 years of procurement/category experience in a fast‑moving global environment.
  • In‑depth indirect category management experience, market trends and pricing strategies – especially AI.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to deliver improved supplier cost performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of purchasing, negotiation and contracting.
  • Experience with industry standard ERP systems.
  • Experience with global purchasing organisations and global suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Expert financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Expertise in TPRM, supplier management and relationship building.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MCIPS qualification.
