Operations Assistant

Job role

As an Operations Assistant based in Dagenham you will be responsible for:

• Fulfilling customer's requirements, processing quotes and orders and managing the order from start to finish
• Putting away deliveries into allocated areas
• Assisting the team in all areas of the branch including the trade counter and where needed to ensure customer requirements are met
• Liaising with customers and suppliers on the phone
• This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 16:30pm.

• Customer service experience
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
• Strong administration background
• Warehouse experience
• Adaptable to work in different areas of the branch depending on the needs of the branch/customer
