Dr. Squatch is hiring an International Operations Manager, Fulfillment based in London to run the logistics engine behind its UK and European expansion. Moving scented consumer goods across borders is its own obstacle course, fragranced products carry shipping classifications, customs treatment, and labeling rules that plain goods skip, the cross-border friction our import coverage details from the US side.
About the RoleThe Manager owns international fulfillment execution: 3PL performance management across UK and EU nodes, inbound freight and customs coordination, inventory accuracy and allocation between markets, carrier and delivery experience metrics, and the operational readiness behind retail and DTC growth in new countries.
Who Should ApplyOperations professionals with international ecommerce or CPG fulfillment experience, 3PL management chops, and working knowledge of UK/EU customs realities post-Brexit. Full-time, London based.
