Marcenta is a London-based, independent dry bulk shipbroker with a genuinely AI-assisted desk feeding live Baltic index, bunker and vessel data straight into every voyage decision — not a legacy shop with a chatbot bolted on. As we grow our Capesize book, we're looking for an Operations Executive to own the post-fixture voyage lifecycle for our Capesize fleet, from NOR to final discharge, working directly with owners, charterers, agents and surveyors to keep every voyage running on schedule and on budget.

• Monitor Capesize voyages from fixture through to final discharge and invoicing
• Track laytime, demurrage and despatch calculations for load and discharge ports
• Liaise with agents, surveyors and terminals on ETA, NOR and berthing status
• Review and manage bills of lading, statements of fact and charter party documentation
• Flag discrepancies early and support dispute resolution alongside the chartering desk

• Experience in dry bulk post-fixture operations, ideally on Capesize tonnage
• Strong grasp of laytime, demurrage and charter party terms
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple live voyages
• Clear written communication for owner, charterer and agent correspondence
