Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand review, supply review, inventory balancing, and executive consensus review for Europe business.
2. Collect, consolidate, and validate sales forecasts from country teams, marketing, and key account channels; continuously improve forecast accuracy.
3. Monitor regional inventory turnover, safety stock, OTIF, and supply bottlenecks; propose inventory optimization plans to avoid overstock and stockout.
4. Align the factory supply plan, warehouse allocation, and logistics arrangement according to regional demand fluctuation and seasonal peaks.
5. Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and manufacturing to resolve supply-demand gaps.
6. Track the midterm market trend, promotion plan, and new product launch schedule, and ensure supply readiness.
7. Prepare a monthly S&OP performance report, highlighting risks, gaps, and improvement actions for regional leadership.  Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related discipline.
2. 3+ years of working experience in S&OP / demand planning / supply planning, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.
3. Solid understanding of the European market supply chain, multi-country inventory deployment, and the EU logistics model.
4. Strong Excel/data analysis skills; experience with SAP or a planning system is preferred.
5. Good cross-department communication, problem-solving ability, and structured working logic.
6. Fluent English for regional meetings and stakeholder alignment.  Core Competencies
