Now, we're looking for a driven and analytical Demand Planner to join our Europe Customer Supply Chain team, with a special focus on the UK & Ireland market.

As a Demand Planner, you'll play a key role in forecasting demand and shaping the future of our supply chain. You'll combine your analytical expertise with a commercial mindset to drive accurate, data-based demand planning that supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the 24-month demand planning cycle for the UK & Ireland business
• Generate statistical forecasts and incorporate business intelligence into planning
• Align demand plans with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Translate commercial activities into accurate forecasts (e.g., product launches, promotions, contracts)
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Service Levels, and Waste Reduction
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
• Prepare and contribute to monthly S&OP meetings
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our demand planning processes

We're looking for someone who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Supply Chain or a Commercial field) with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years
• A strong commercial mindset and customer focus
• Solid knowledge of SAP and other planning tools; familiarity with OMP is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills - Power BI experience is a bonus
• A proactive, pragmatic approach with the confidence to challenge the status quo
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset

The SPOC Demand Planning UK & Ireland is part of the BG EU/RA Demand Planning team, which also consists of NL, Germany , Belgium , South West Eu rope, Americas and Velder. OpCo UK & Ireland is part of BG Europe , one of the seven business groups within Friesland Campina. Within Europe the Customer Supply Chain team is responsible for planning and delivering consumer dairy products.

The SPOC Demand Planning UK & Ireland reports to the Demand Lead BG EU/RA.
