Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

An exciting opportunity has become available with a rapidly growing international consumer products business that is expanding across multiple global markets. With operations spanning Europe, Asia and North America, the company has built a strong reputation for innovation, market-leading products and a high-performance culture. Backed by significant growth and continued investment, the business offers employees the chance to develop their careers within a fast-paced environment where ambition, collaboration and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.

As a Inbound Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting inbound supply chain operations across the UK and Iberian markets. Working closely with logistics providers, warehouse partners and internal stakeholders, you will coordinate inbound shipments, monitor delivery performance, manage shipping documentation and ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers through to distribution facilities. The position offers excellent exposure to international logistics operations and provides the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives as the business continues to grow.

To be successful, you will ideally have previous experience within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or import operations. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory processes, customs procedures or inbound logistics would be advantageous, although candidates with strong coordination and administration experience gained within a supply chain environment will also be considered.

Strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.

In return, you'll join a business experiencing exceptional growth and offering genuine long-term career opportunities. The salary on offer is up to £35,0000 and the package includes 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, a discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare, pension contributions, life assurance, income protection, enhanced maternity and paternity benefits, and a range of team social events within a collaborative and supportive culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious logistics professional looking to develop their career within a growing international organisation.
