Do you have experience building strategic partnerships, influencing senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth across agriculture, food production, assurance or certification?

NSF is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager - Agriculture & Food Supply Chain to lead and grow our Agriculture and Food Supply Chain businesses. This broad portfolio includes Agriculture Assurance, and Supplier Assurance & Certification. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving commercial growth, identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic industry partnerships and strengthening NSF's position as a trusted partner across agriculture and the wider food supply chain.

You’ll regularly spend time at our Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire office, leading and working closely with teams based there. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business, working closely with customers, industry stakeholders and internal teams to unlock growth and deliver long-term value.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is already well connected within agriculture and has a broader understanding of the food supply chain, from farm and primary production through manufacturing and distribution. You’ll work closely with retailers, producers, processors, manufacturers, seafood businesses, assurance schemes, industry bodies and other key stakeholders, helping NSF respond to customer challenges, identify new opportunities and strengthen its reputation across agriculture and the wider food supply chain.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is already well connected within UK agriculture and enjoys working at the intersection of commercial growth, customer engagement, and strategic leadership. You’ll work closely with retailers, producers, processors, assurance schemes, industry bodies and other key stakeholders, helping NSF respond to customer challenges, identify new opportunities and strengthen its reputation across the UK agriculture sector.

Significant leadership experience within agriculture, food production, food manufacturing, supply chain, assurance, certification or related sectors

Strong understanding of agriculture and the wider food supply chain, from farm and primary production through manufacturing and distribution, including the commercial, regulatory and assurance challenges facing businesses across these areas

An established network and recognised credibility across agriculture and/or the wider food supply chain, with agricultural experience particularly desirable
