• Monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods
• Conduct security checks on all vehicles and log the information, such as vehicle registration number, company name, delivery time, etc.
• To assist in the receiving of all goods be delivered to the hotel and ensure all deliveries comply with the SOP and Policy & Procedures
• To assist in booking in vehicles delivering/ parking or collecting in Datascope system for logistics management.
• To receive invoices in Moreton Bay (purchasing system) as required to support in colleagues in materials office.

As a Logistics Operator, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Logistics Operator candidate
, you will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting daily operations. You will be a reliable team player with clear communication skills, confident using computer systems and able to maintain accurate delivery and stock records.
