We're partnering with a fast-growing logistics technology business backed by $35M in Series A funding
, looking for experienced Shift Managers and Operations Managers to join its expanding London operations.
The business combines logistics, technology, data and automation to build a smarter, more efficient delivery network.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you'll take ownership of shift performance, parcel throughput, workforce productivity and service levels within a fast-paced logistics and sortation environment.
Lead High-Volume Parcel Operations. Own Shift Performance. Help Scale a Growing Logistics Network. You'll lead large operational teams, make real-time decisions and use data to drive measurable improvements.
What We're Looking For- 4-5+ years of experience managing shifts, teams and operational KPIs within high-volume logistics, parcel, warehouse or distribution environments.
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager
. - Strong experience in parcel sortation, depot operations, distribution centres or last-mile logistics
. - Willingness to work five days onsite, including rotating day and night shifts
