Empowering Learning are seeking an organised and proactive Caretaker / Site Staff member for a secondary school in Waltham Forest
. The role is ideal for someone with previous experience in caretaking, site management, or facilities maintenance who can support a safe, well‑maintained school environment.

You will:

• Maintain the school site to high standards, including cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep
• Support health and safety compliance across the school
• Operate and maintain school equipment, including light maintenance tasks
• Support day‑to‑day operational needs such as deliveries, setting up events, and supervising access to buildings
