The business is looking for a highly experienced Building Services Engineer with a high level of HVAC maintenance knowledge that can follow process and procedures to deliver Reactive and Planned Maintenance to a highly prestigious site. The role will also require the management of Specialist Contractors and communication with the building management team. The maintenance responsibilities are for all Landlord Services, though there will be occasions wherein you will have to work within tenant areas.

The role will require you to ensure that the site is legally compliant at all times, this would include communicating with the on‑site building management.

• To deliver and manage PPM to SFG
  20 in line with contract SLA’s
• Complete reactive / Quoted tasks within SLA.
• Update the CAFM system.
• Keeping the building manager informed of any work or issues.
• Management of Specialist contractor’s access and permits.
• Maintain warranty and observations log.
• To ensure the team maintains a positive, smart & professional presence.
• Deliver site meetings on a weekly basis.

• ACOP L8 Competent
• City & Guilds Level 3 – Electrical Installations
• City & Guilds Level 3 – Inspection & Testing
