We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative with a valid counterbalance licence (reach truck licence a plus!)to join our passionate and supportive team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of produce within our warehouse. Whether you’re operating machinery, picking, or packing, your attention to detail and positive attitude will help us deliver on our promise of quality and service,every time.

• Operating counterbalance and reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care
• Loading and unloading bulk produce
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Following company procedures and health & safety standards

• Counterbalance license, reach truck a plus
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Available to work night shifts
• Ability to work a rotating rota:
  Saturday Night Off and 1 day during the week
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
