**** We’re seeking an experienced Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Merton.  In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents.
**** Your duties will include inspecting and cleaning all communcal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter packing, leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas and rotating bins.
**** You will deal with residents courteously and respectfully.
**** The ideal candidate will be customer service focussed with good communication skills and you must hold a full valid UK Drivers License.
