Starting 1st March, you'll be working Sunday and Monday from 10am to 7pm, carrying out essential maintenance tasks to ensure apartments remain safe, compliant, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

As Maintenance Assistant, you will:

Carry out planned Maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems

Support general handyman duties across the site

What we're looking for:

To be successful as a Maintenance Assistant in London, you'll need:

Previous hotel or apartment Maintenance experience
Flexibility to work Sunday and Monday from 10am to 7pm (starting 1st March)
Experience in plumbing, painting, decorating, and carpentry (desirable)
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
