Salary: £45-55k (exp)
Location: London – site based, 5 days a week.
Reporting to: Head of Facilities.
RoleHands‑on Maintenance Manager for 7 restaurants and future openings.
Key Responsibilities- Perform day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs across all sites.
- Purchase materials within budget and manage tools.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors.
- Maintain accurate admin via Access Maintain.
- Prioritise work and support GMs on site lists.
- Recognised trade background with practical skills.
- Multi‑site hospitality maintenance experience.
- Strong organisation, detail focus and communication.
- Calm under pressure with a can‑do attitude.
