Ready to join the best team in the industry and make a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive and hardworking Labourer to join our high-performing Plant & Tool Division. This hands‑on role offers real career progression in a company that invests in its people.

As a Labourer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our depot runs smoothly and safely, maintaining a clean and hazard‑free workshop and yard, preparing plant equipment for hire, and supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service to customers across construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

• Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and hazard‑free
• Cleaning plant equipment and storing it in an orderly fashion
• Refuelling plant and machinery, accurately updating fuel logs
• Quality‑checking equipment before it leaves the depot to ensure it’s hire‑ready
• Assisting with general workshop duties as required
• Carrying out driving duties (subject to licence) and assisting drivers and customers with loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating forklift when necessary

• Previous experience in a labourer role, ideally within a hire depot or yard environment
• Strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Ability to work independently and use initiative in a busy environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• CSCS card, forklift licence, and driving licence are advantageous
