Endersham are seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile Area Supervisor/Cleaner to oversee cleaning operations across various client sites in London.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role that can demonstrate strong leadership skills.

The Mobile Area Supervisor/Cleaner requires flexibility, attention to detail and an excellent understanding of cleaning standards, health & safety regulations.

Must be able to speak English and have strong communication skills to communicate effectively.

Immediate start, please only apply for the job if you live in London, hold a full clean UK driving license, can drive manual and has mobile cleaning experience in the Cleaning /FM Industry.

• Supervise cleaning operations across multiple client sites whilst motivating staff. Ensure operatives adhere to schedules and meet client performance standards.
• Regular site visits to monitor cleaning quality, safety and usage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Organise work schedules, provide cover for absences when necessary to make sure service resumes as normal.
• Manage supply stock levels, order replacements, making sure equipment is maintained and ready for use.
• Site inspections, reporting to Account manager as required.

• Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
• Dust, mop and vacuuming of floors to maintain a clean environment.
• Clean and sanitise surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain consistency in service delivery.

• Full Clean Manual Driving Licence (required)
