Caretaker, Facility Maintenance, Building Maintenance

Good Afternoon,
I am currently representing Camden Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 6+ months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Caretaker this role will be:
Maiden Lane, 102a St Paul's Crescent, London, Camden, NW1 9XZ

The right candidate will:
Non-Residential Caretaker with a minimum of six months or more experience. Must understand health and safety, and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH). Ability to work on own initiatives an advantage.
 
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the common areas in the residential property.
 
* Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
 
* Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or repairs that are needed.
 
* Coordinate and oversee any necessary repairs or maintenance work, including contacting and scheduling contractors.
 
* Assist residents with any maintenance requests or issues that they may have.
 
* Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
 
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and unclogging drains.
We require the following:
 
* The candidate must hold a full UK driving licence, as the role may require driving.
