Maintenance Technician - Venti House

Venti House, our brand new student accommodation, opening for the very first time to students in September 2026, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician. This role offers full‑time hours of 37.5 per week, working Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

• Responsible for statutory compliance for your building.
• Manage large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
• Act as the go‑to expert on all maintenance, handling routine fixes and tackling unexpected issues.
• Accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for residents.

We’re looking for a hands‑on individual with the ability to fix, maintain and improve the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise as well as a strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. You’ll need to display a solid background in maintenance, as well as being resourceful and a problem solver for everyday issues.
