Cleaning - Cleaning Site Manager

Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire a Cleaning Manager. This is a position that will suit a highly experienced, organised and energetic candidate with exceptional cleaning standards. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the allocated area and team meets the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations.

• Endorse new Company initiatives and ensure they are implemented on site
• Ensure the team is adhering to policies and procedures on site
• Ensure the team is achieving the required cleaning standards
• Monitor cleaning standards on a daily basis using the company auditing tool
• Assess performance of the team and identify training needs
• Ensure that equipment is clean and well maintained
• Respond to client requests as required
• Carry out regular and thorough treatments/inspections
• If Non-EEA, a Visa enabling you to work in Northern Ireland on a full‑time basis is essential
• Fluent English both written and spoken

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, as the provision of customer service is paramount and customer care is a key element of the role
• Previous Cleaning Management/Supervisor experience
• High standards of personal presentation
  
  Ability to manage a team of 16 people spread across multiple buildings within a campus
• A valid visa enabling the applicant to work in the United Kingdom
• Two working references to demonstrate management capabilities
