Caretaker, Cleaning Services, General Labor

We are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Operative / Caretaker to work on a residential block in South West London.

This is a physically demanding role, as it will include grounds maintenance, cleaning work and overall supervision of the estate.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Duties:

• Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
• Undertaking regular building patrols.
• Duties may include:
  Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
• Reporting health and safety defects to the Property Manager.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working as an Estate Operative / Caretaker, and ideally have worked in residential blocks or a similar environment before.
